About Us

The Chesapeake Homeowner’s Association is a small association that manages our cloister of 39 homes and the common grounds and streets. We are located outside of the City of Fort Collins city limits but within Larimer County.  Chesapeake was developed starting in 1988-1989 as a unique enclosed area with no through streets, beautiful landscaping (the plan was developed by CSU grad students) including a multitude of blue spruce trees, large open common area greenbelts surrounding homes, and two native areas.  The dues, assessed by the Association, provide funding to manage our roads, greenbelts, irrigation/sprinkler system, trees and other foliage, as well as other administrative expenses including insurance, water for our greenbelts/common areas, electricity, and a capital reserve fund for unbudgeted capital needs.  We are a friendly community of sharing and caring neighbors.
